By accessing or using wordxlabs.com ("the Site"), including any calculator, tool, VoiceText, or other feature made available on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
The Site provides free browser-based calculators, utilities, writing tools, VoiceText, and other tools that may be added from time to time, for general informational and convenience purposes only. Nothing on the Site is, or should be treated as, financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or professional advice of any kind.
The Site also serves as the informational landing page for our six Chrome extensions (WordX — Numbers and Tools, Note1, WordX — Write & Research, Intent Filter, SearchPure, YouTube Intent Highlighter). These Terms govern your use of the Site itself; the extensions are separate products, and your use of them is governed by their own terms, disclosed independently on their Chrome Web Store listings.
VoiceText is described in its own section (Section 3), given how differently it works from the calculators.
For any tool that lets you enter your own text — such as custom category or person names in the Budget Estimator, or destination, location, overview, itinerary, checklist, and packing list text in Travel Planner and Advanced Travel Planner — you are solely responsible for what you type. You agree not to enter anything unlawful or that infringes another person's rights, and you accept full responsibility for the content of any text you add.
Some tools — currently VoiceText, the four Budget Estimator tools (Standard, Student, Co-living, and Yearly), Travel Planner, Advanced Travel Planner, Travel Plan vs Actual, Goal Planning (all three modes), Net Worth Planner, the Rent vs Buy and Advanced Rent vs Buy Calculators, Loan Affordability Estimator, Loan/EMI, Loan Comparison, Loan Refinance and Repayment Planner, Mortgage, Mortgage Payoff and Holiday Planner, FD, Compounder/SIP, Retirement, Debt Payoff, Split Bill, Percentage, and Age and Time Span calculators — offer a Share option using your device's own built-in sharing feature. You are solely responsible for anything you choose to share this way, and for reviewing it before sharing. Once shared, that content is subject to the terms and practices of whatever app or service you chose to share it with, not ours — WordX Labs has no visibility into and no control over what happens to it afterward. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordX Labs is not liable for any damages, loss, or claim arising from your use of the Share feature or from what happens to content after it leaves your device through it. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WordX Labs from any claim arising from your use of Share, including any violation of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, applicable law, or any third party's rights.
The Advanced Travel Planner and Travel Plan vs Actual can open a report you previously downloaded from the Advanced Travel Planner or from Travel Plan vs Actual. Only .html reports created by those tools are accepted; the file is read on your own device and is never uploaded to us. Reports can include personal details (such as emergency contacts, needs, and booking numbers) only if you choose to include them, and you are solely responsible for deciding who receives a report and for keeping any file you download safe.
Nothing you enter into the tools is saved on our servers. Work you do not download stays only in your browser and is lost when you refresh, leave, or close the page, and we cannot recover it. You are responsible for downloading and keeping safe any report or file you want to keep, and we are not liable for work that is lost because it was not downloaded.
Please note. Speech recognition technology is inherently imperfect. Do not rely solely on VoiceText for legal, contractual, financial, medical, or business purposes, as it can make mistakes. It is your responsibility to cross-verify what it produces, check it carefully, and download your work regularly.
VoiceText is not intended to be a secure or confidential communications system.
Browser and device requirement. VoiceText's built-in voice-to-text feature is currently available only in supported versions of Google Chrome on supported desktop and Android devices. It is not available in Safari, Firefox, or on iPhone and iPad. Typing and the other VoiceText functions remain available where supported.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" — no warranty. VoiceText is provided strictly "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — including any guarantee that VoiceText will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Speech recognition is inherently imperfect. We make no representation about the accuracy of transcriptions produced by the speech-recognition service used by Chrome. You acknowledge that transcriptions may contain errors, omissions, or misheard words, and that you use VoiceText and rely on anything it produces entirely at your own risk.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordX Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VoiceText, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of unsaved work, any errors or omissions in a transcription, any interruption or unavailability of the tool, or any action or omission of the speech-recognition service used by Chrome or your own browser.
Your responsibility for what you write. You are solely responsible for anything you type, dictate, paste, or otherwise create using VoiceText, and for reviewing and correcting it before relying on it or sharing it further. This includes anything you share directly from VoiceText using your device's sharing feature — once shared, that content is subject to the terms and practices of whatever app or service you chose to share it with, not ours. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WordX Labs from any claim arising from: your misuse of VoiceText; your violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy; your violation of any applicable law; or your infringement of any third party's rights (including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights).
Changes. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of VoiceText at any time, and may update these Terms as the tool develops further.
THE SITE, AND EVERY CALCULATOR ON IT, IS PROVIDED STRICTLY "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of accuracy, correctness, reliability, timeliness, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

By using any calculator on this Site, you acknowledge and accept that you do so entirely at your own risk, and that WordX Labs bears no responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy of any result or for any consequence of relying on one.
In short: every calculator on this Site is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Results are hypothetical estimates based on your inputs and do not guarantee future performance. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions; we accept no liability for losses arising from use of any calculator on this Site.
Goal Achievement Estimator. The Goal Achievement Estimator, which appears inside the Goal Planning calculators, is not a loan provider, lender, broker or loan-recommendation tool, and nothing it shows is an offer, quote, advice or suggestion to borrow, save, invest or spend. It is only an estimator that applies the figures you enter (income, expenses, yearly increases, rates) to your plan, so its results are only as good as those inputs. Actual loan terms, incomes, expenses, returns and inflation will differ, and WordX Labs accepts no liability for any decision made, or any loss or debt incurred, in reliance on it.
The same "as is," no-warranty basis applies to VoiceText. Speech recognition is inherently imperfect, and we make no representation about the accuracy of transcriptions Chrome's speech recognition produces. See Section 3 for VoiceText's specific terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WORDX LABS, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL HAVE ZERO LIABILITY, OF ANY KIND, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. This means we are not liable for any damages of any type — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive — including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of savings, loss of investment returns, financial loss of any kind, loss of data, loss of business, or any other loss, arising out of or in any way connected with:
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory relied upon — contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — and regardless of whether we were advised of, knew of, or should have known of the possibility of such damages. Where a jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, our liability in those cases is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law, and in no event will our total liability to you for any claim exceed zero, since the Site is provided entirely free of charge.
This limitation of liability applies equally to VoiceText — including any transcription error, lost or unsaved document, or action or omission of the speech-recognition service used by Chrome.
We provide the Site free of charge and do not, under any circumstance, indemnify, defend, insure, compensate, or hold harmless you or any third party against any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, any calculation performed on it, or any decision made based on it — financial, legal, personal, or otherwise. No protection of any kind is offered by us, and none should be assumed.
This applies equally to VoiceText: we do not indemnify, defend, or compensate you or any third party for anything arising from your use of VoiceText, including any transcription error or lost document.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WordX Labs, its owners, operators, employees, and contributors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees), however arising, out of or related to:
You expressly acknowledge that financial, age, date, and other calculations involve inherent uncertainty and that formulas, assumptions, and inputs can produce results that do not match real-world outcomes. You assume full and complete responsibility for any risk arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site. This assumption of risk survives your use of the Site and applies even after you stop using it.
This same assumption of risk applies to VoiceText: speech recognition can misinterpret words, and you assume full responsibility for reviewing and correcting anything it produces before relying on it.
The Site's design, text, layout, and code are owned by WordX Labs unless otherwise noted. You may use the calculators for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute the Site's content or code without permission.
Anything you write, dictate, or type using VoiceText remains yours. We claim no ownership over your documents; VoiceText simply helps you create them.
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer it for competing use, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
This includes VoiceText specifically: do not use VoiceText to dictate, write, or transcribe content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that violates any third party's rights.
The Site links to the Chrome Web Store, where our browser extensions are listed, and, where applicable, to Google AdSense. The Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Use of those services is subject to their own terms.
WordX — Numbers and Tools is a Chrome extension offering calculators and everyday tools in a browser side panel. Its own data practices are disclosed separately on its Chrome Web Store listing.

Intent Filter is a Chrome extension that hides search results and videos matching your personal intents on Google Search, Bing and YouTube. Its own data practices are disclosed separately on its Chrome Web Store listing.
SearchPure is a Chrome extension that highlights words and results matching your personal intents on Google, Bing, YouTube and the websites you visit. Its own data practices are disclosed separately on its Chrome Web Store listing.
YouTube Intent Highlighter is a Chrome extension that highlights YouTube videos, comments and recommendations matching your saved intents. Its own data practices are disclosed separately on its Chrome Web Store listing.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, at any time, for any reason, without notice, and may update these Terms as the Site evolves. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, your only remedy is to stop using the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us to be effective.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WordX Labs regarding the Site, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, written or oral.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
